Google sercvices are not welcomed and Google must by loaw cooperate with US authorities.
You know in the EU, it#s safer to own a chinese phone than anything related to the US.

Joynal Abedin, 30 Jan 2021How to install Google service and play store in honor 9x pr... moreYou will have to downgrade it to Older Version and then install googlifier(refer to xda) ,since newer version block the process.Even ,so unless official its better not to do side tricks since most of them are blocked by Google within 2-3 months.
What you can do is either wait for official release (2021 Honor V40 has GMS),or sell it to buy other phone
Were you living under a rock ? Since,Ban was such an old news .

I actually left Android for Windows Phone back in July 2016 to this day. The reason why I'm forced to go back to Android is because of WhatsApp officially dropped its support for Windows 10 Mobile and my families only use WhatsApp. Thankfully I came across microG and that's where I decided to go the deGoogling route.
As for the Samsung Note 4, that is my dad's old phone before he replaced it with a brand new Samsung Note10 Lite.

Becuse i was on Windows phones for years before P30Pro. And actually still find Windows better than Android. Some days i just use my trusty 950XL.

Anonymous, 28 Jan 2021My bet is that they are going to be more expensive... The ... moreThis trend is what I have been seen for the last year o so. There's a lot of hyped mid ranged phones and the flagships are coming in way too many flavours that lack basic features.
People need to stand up and tell to these companies that a more powerful CPU and slightly better camera is not all we want from a new phone, and much less if they are reducing features (charger, expandable storage, it blaster, headphone jack, notification LED, stereo speakers, decent selfie camera, aluminium or glass back, aluminium frame, and sometimes worst camera experience than the last generation) .
