Weekly poll results: the vivo X60 Pro+ is off to a promising start

The biggest question now is whether it will be available outside of China. The second biggest question if it is available, how much will it cost.

It's missing too much hardware for me to consider it.

No MicroSD card slot
No headphone jack (despite the lack of IP rating)
No stereo speakers (embarrassing for the price)
No Wireless charging

Too many sacrifices in my book. Cheers to those who don't need the above to enjoy the device.

      Chinese OEMs are known for butchering their own claims. I remember huawei using DSLR photos and released as the outcomes of their photos.

        I thought that the main camera using the gimball system. Turn out the ultrawide that using it.. A little dissapointment for me

But 8t buyers do not look like satisfied wid der purchase. Atleast from der reviews on Amazon. But when I saw that x50 pro in the store.. I've fallen for that thing, even it has amazing reviews on Flipkart n Amazon. And some of my known ppl told me it's an amazing device except the lack of stereo speakers.
          But I was more excited for d x50 pro+ but it didn't arrive so I'll wait for d x60 pro+. Even if u remember properly in 2019 Oppo launched Reno 10x zoom at the same price of op 7pro. Ppl here preferred oneplus over Reno. Even I've the one. N really regretting. They were highlighting only 90hz display n apart from that I really don't like anything.
          So basically these experimental devices are made for niche audience (m one of dem) n that's why they're expensive.

            No one cares if it's expensive in Malaysia or other South East Asian countries.

            BTW the X50 pro was expensive than the OnePlus 8T in India as well. It was the first phone with gimbal stabilization marketed to the end user. Henceforth the price. Their other phones especially from IQOO are very cheap and the among the most affordable 865 phones out there.

Take Malaysia for example. Taken into account the specs offered, Vivo is more overpriced than its BBK stablemates of Oppo and Oneplus. The Vivo X50 Pro (with Snapdragon 765G) is more expensive than Oneplus 8T (with Snapdragon 865).

                                  CHINESE BRANDS FANS, 31 Jan 2021One thing for sure, LG has worse software processingI've seen GSMArena video sample of the Wing 5G and it looks good to me, but we'll see anyway. The X60 Pro+ has a much more powerful chipset and more advanced ISP than the Wing 5G, so by right the Vivo should produce better video quality than the LG.

                                      I definitely want to see if Vivo can leverage the new ZEISS partnership and the upgraded gimbal stabilization. I would love to see a gimbal stabilization video comparison between this Vivo and the LG Wing 5G since both of them relies on an ultrawide camera sensor. That will be a good fight.
