      there are a few reasons why I couldn't switch to mi

      absolute horrific ram management even with 8gb ram

      MIUI doesn't allow me to update YouTube vanced app without resetting all the other Apps

      impossible to change the default apps for example the browser it's always resetting on the time

          Have Xiaomi solved the dropped calls for the Redmi Note 9s & Note 9 Pro with this update? That is the most basic phone feature. Randomly during phone calls, the other person suddenly can't hear you & after few seconds, the call drops or ends. Have to redial & reconnect to the other person. Absolutely annoying and frustrating when the call is an important business discussion.

                The update is a limited rollout according to forums. I'm running 12.0.1 Android 11. and one major bug I've noticed is the WiFi not detecting anything for some while. Feels smoother than before and battery feels more optimized

                  Also, OP was very clear that a Qualcomm decryption bug forced the delay of the Android 11 rollout to the 7-series, and now there is an active Open Beta for OOS 11 if you REALLY want to keep up with the Joneses.

                          I don't get it. Why do Indian variants get updates earlier than the global variants? Isn't it supposed to be the other way around?

Go to Settings > About Phone > MIUI Version to update. Come on, come on. This is why I really miss Huawei, and it's kinda making me sick. MIUI RAM management shenanigans! 🤒🤒🤒

                                        I guess this is NOT the global version. Global version just had 12.0.3.0 with January security patch and it is still Android 10.
