    There are some points to consider in these comparisons: Exynos 2100 run hotter than Snapdragon 888, even idle temps of Exynos is higher than that of Snapdragon. The scores are considerably different, it is not negligible , the Snapdragon scores 6% to 12% . Please check a video by the youtuber: >. He has done good comparison between two S21 running each of these chipsets.

    Because of the heating issues, Samsung is displaying the 888 version on the stand, while selling the Exynos version - silently - in India. What a great way of showing which is the best.

            You should check the last test from golden reviewer posted just a few hours ago.
            In browsing, YouTube and gaming the battery is pretty much equal on both.

                I got the Ultra 256gb 12 Gb exynos 2100 version. 3D mark Wildlife is 5841 and stress test is 3745 to 5773.

                  Snapdragon 888+ will come and make the gaps wider as always

                      TIL having 12% less power efficient performance cluster and 26% less efficient middle cluster in a mobile SoC are negligible. That's a lot for a margin of error lol.

                      It's also interesting to see that overclocked A77 cores are somehow more performant AND efficient than slightly lower clocked A78 cores inside Exynos 2100. I'm not sure if it's due to the way Samsung implements the stock ARM CPU cores, but it's a bit disappointing nonetheless.

                                    ae86, 03 Feb 2021Are benchmarks really that important? I mean Exynos 210... moreThe issue is that Samsung treats the Exynos to be equal to Snapdragon counterpart. Same phone same pricepoint and different optimizations but the other one is just better (Snapdragons). Users has no benefit of having an Exynos phone other than Samsung having lots of profit doing so (no need to pay Qualcomm). Users with Snaps on the other hand will have a much better SoC performance at a much lower battery consumption. The performance difference is known, Samsung could atleast adjust the pricing to be lower but they won't because profit.

                                      Who assumed it to even match its competitors?
                                      The best part is: users will still be forced to buy an interior phone with similar price tag just because they do not live in China/US.
