we wouldn't know if HTC will make a big comeback after releasing their One series with the new devices they're about to share with us. i just hope though that if its an android that HTC will release, i am crossing my fingers for them to stick to Krait processors! S4 will be the new baseline for good benchmarks and good overall performance coz Tegra 3 is already an outdated chipset. LG had already announced the quad core Krait CPU clocked at 1.5 GHz with 2GB of RAM and Adreno 320 GPU for their bad boy Optimus G! it will surely do good and LG said they'll upgrade the OS from ICS to JB! hope its true! Sony will be releasing their new Xperia Line which are definitely faster than the S3 and my current phone One X. to add compliment to Sony, the Xperia V is a powerful water resistant phone so Sony offers a lot of choices to their customers. i won't be shocked if Sony leads the way in less than a year from now if they'll release a phone with the most powerful CPU (if its still the Krait a15 chipset) quad core clocked at 1.7 to 2 GHz with 2GB of RAM and Adreno 320 GPU! that's more tasty than a 1.5 GHz from LG? plus Sony provides stunningly gorgeous designs for their phones and not to mention, very compact too! not too light or plasticky like Sammy's. HTC, please offer a great battle with these giants! best of luck! ^^

check the pictures of what it's supposed to be the new iphone 5 you will realize that the iphone 5 is nothing else but a larger iphone 4 and the replaced the number 4 with a 5 and they will charge you extra just for that 5.
ios 6 is even so similar to the ios 5 and older versions, so please don't compare the magnific htc one x which is truly a master piece with the awful iphone.

I have OneX and the thing is a masterpiece of design. The performance is incredible and fast, the screen is amazing, photos are beutiful and the music is on par with the rest if not even better. Looking forward to seeing the new line-up of WP8 and hope they reveal some Android phone and/or tablet as well. HTC is incredible ;)

I'm new to HTC usage after using Nokia for some time. I have become a big fan of the overall style, look and luxury design class of the stunning HTC One S.Step in the right direction from styles of old. So if any new releases are in this vein as that, then this can be a winner. Keep it modestly pocket and finger friendly, smart chipset, expandable memory, better front camera. Keep the evolution going..!

I'm against comparing these os... why? they are build for specific people and their needs...
I'm tech guy and android is far far advanced then other two and it is fact. I don't care if lag from time to time (but my sgs2 don't :) , but there are people whose like no lag os.
There are two things bothered me and it is apple invent everything and people who fell under marketing tricks and pay a lot of money for mediocre hardware and claim that is best (repeating all marketing info.s) without real tech history knowledge.
don't bother with rough comments.. use and proud with your phone, but know that, maybe, is not best... peace

So I'm Advanced if like updating all the time
with clever desert names that each claim the lag has
been fixed and promise your Phone wont crash as much when playing a Game. Which i Need ROOT access to
make sure I've selected the right GPU emulator on first.

and WP uses huge amount of animtions to hide all its lag, you can see whenever you open and there is what 1 second of animation, and on lower end device e.g. 610 it is still not done loading the app.

Also a lot of anime comes in mkv, you can legal download it online, but that still wouldnt work, removing choice from the user is always a bad thing. Just look at the current versions of IE in wp7.5, it is a peice of shit, and there really isnt any other option, lucky IE10 is good but then you need a brand new phone just to get a half decent web experience.

And ability to play any format is the power you have with your phone. What you chose to watch (pirated or original) is a choice you have to make.
In simple words, it is like owning a sports car that can compete with the fastest on racing tracks, but on other roads 'you decide' not to cross the speed limits (yeah! that too vary)
