they equate "better experience" to "better hardware" simply because Android needs "better hardware" to reach "better experience" in most cases.
if a user already gets what he/she percieves as "better experience" on a current device, then why need to upgrade?
better hardware need not lead to better experience.

To day at nokia world something amaizin will unveiled that will get people talkin and mid range will also come at the right time when pipo have used wp8 and see it performance and mid range will even sale better if wp8 shows a positive and nice results.
