xiaomi will outlive your european and usa brands easily :)
Xiaomi is the best brand i ever used, like for cleaning robots: EUROPEAN VORWERK NO1 Brand the Robot cost 1000eur plus and dies all the time, have reports of every 3 month fatal issues. Xiaomi Robot with all that Mapping and recognition tools and other nice tools for ONLY 300eur and after daily use for 5 years he not had 1 time an issue or problem: Calculate in my case 150sqm 1time every 24h Vacuum and mobbing for 5 years. That what i call Premium!
So back to the point Xiaomi is not a new player with TV either they have a long history also with IOT its the BEST but also for a CHEAP pricetag.

Comment to this conspiracy Theorists: If they would spy on you, hmm lets think about it... they are located on the other side of the planet so no1: who cares? no2: what you think they can get from you? ... catch you in the act? your gramys secret receipts? .... no3: you do not think the EU or USA spy on you? lol then you are naive! Every country can and do, one more reason i buy from a country whats far of my radar :)
Come on be real and grow up...

    Only your GPU needs it.

Blaze, 10 Feb 2021Read it again, it say 3 HDMI 2.1 portsRead it again. It supports 2.1, but according to the official homepage only 1 of the 3 HDMI ports is actually 2.1, the others noted as 2.0.

I had a look on the official website: it supports HDMI 2.1, but is equipped with only one, the other 2 are 2.0.

For this price, there have to be drawbacks. I hope rtings will rate it. The best for my gaming purposes is the Samsung Q80 series and it costs almost the doubled amount in the same size, where I live.

and it's been quite a surprise that u are buying this and are watching cable TV
Moreover just get a moveable arm if u really have those many devices and unplug accordingly
3 is not good but not that bad
What matters more is the picture quality of the panel
How does it handles HDR and peak brightness

Lmao disposable smart tvs that won't be updated as much when a dumb tv plus android box would be even better for longevity.

                            So far so good.
TV that big is really nicely priced.
Same TV with genuinely same specs made by Samsung or Sony would cost 2000 or more.

With miniled ready to take the market by storm this year

I would buy this, worse prediction is that MINILED will dominate OLED in sales volume in a year or two

I hope other markets get this special release price as well.

No word on the Ram what’s the CPU clock speed and the in-build memory version(emmc, Ufs etc…)

Well made TV would be a bummer of the price can come down a bit.

On the plus side its big, supports HDMI 2.1
On the negative side its quite expensive considering a qled instead of Oled.
