really hope google can turn the tide for moto...same with nokias announcement, nice but not good...i think the only thing left waiting is apple-IP5/HTC-phablet/LG-optimus g...expectaions:ip5-same old overated phone/HTC-phablet-nice design base on rumor pic, lets see the specs/LG-nice specs, lets the design(but really hate thier launcher)

Nokia Windows Phone has x400 more interest and views.
Even the news on TV only showed the Nokia event.
People are sick of waiting for a "smooth" android version. Everyone talks of promises for Jellybean
on there favorite Phone.
Why did they announce on our day?
Motorola are silly, people want Windows Phone now

Don't bothe... moreits more of a status symbol sir and bragging rights, majority of your so called business man had their units configured first by those with know hows before actually using the unit, majority of the purchasers had it prepared for using apple store, cause nobody can deny that you have to input several information first before you can actually use the app store properly, majority of them don't even know the difference between iphone 4 and 4s, majority of them don't even know the specs of the unit they just bought it because its apple, because its convenient, but it is by no means for an enthusiast, this is actually a very closed ecosystem so there is little you can do, While in android sir you have lots of options to choose from, multiple companies to purchase your phone from, and even with that requisites it the same throughout andorid, simply setup your gmail for the phone you chose and that is it your ready to go...
Android is not just for kids sir, it is for those who wan't to make the most of their phone, android is not as secure as ios I give you that, but its a sacrifice we have to make for a generally free and open ecosystem...

The thing that i liked about moto is that they didn't forgot to give sd card slot in the unibody phones unlike htc one x/s or even lumia 920.

2gb RAM and quad-core would have sealed it for me. I am not happy with my current 1gb RAM and quad-core would have been an upgrade for me from an evo3d. The battery is still a major USP

I got a chance to test this phone & its really really fast,display response very well,camera is better than other moto phone and yet its an engineering unit i cant imagine the speed of the commercial unit...good Moto phone
