You can go to Sammobile.com and create a free account. Download Odin to Flash any version listed for your Phone. You can also download Instructions to flash Android 10,11,12.
The Firmware is Free. I have a Samsung Galaxy SM_A716U 5g. One UI version 4.1, Android
12 and Base version A716USQU6EVD3. Which is a Unlocked US Cellular Samsung Galaxy

On https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Other-Mobile-Devices/Galaxy-A71-5G/td-p/1324305/page/2, your Moderator replied with the canned 'Accepted Solution' post - but there was no solution posted - at least not in the sense that either Samsung or it's customers, clarified the issues or resolved the problems detailed in these posts. Nothing that I read suggested a solution, though those posting in this thread had very specifically asked for a response from an official Samsung representative.
*crickets chirping*
The above thread has been open since July of 2020 and Samsung has yet to address any of these issues - at least not that I have found. I strongly urge you to read the thread linked above if you have bought a mobile device directly from Samsung. You may have made a horrible mistake.
The original topic was about the unlocked Samsung Galaxy A71 5G with replies also coming from S20 owners and others. The commonality was those phones bought directly from Samsung or it's representatives (such as Amazon). In other words, those Samsung mobile devices NOT bought from cell service providers and therefore NOT having a specific cell service's ROM customizations. This begs the question, Why would Samsung allow Cell Carriers to write custom ROMs that 'break' Samsung's directly marketed phones? Seems counterintuitive, no?
The problems delineated in that thread included everything from wildly erratic behavior in the user interface to major problems with cell and data services and their related functions. In some cases, loyal Samsung customers ended up with mobile devices with catastrophic failures that are as useless as a 'bricked' phone - with no relief from Samsung.
So where is the advantage from buying mobile devices directly from Samsung? This is not a rhetorical question. Anyone?
Many people questioned what was going on with Samsung. One person echoed the same concerns and even claimed he sent his A71 5G back for service and reported it was returned in the same horrible condition after Samsung's 'service'. Conspicuous in it's absence, was any hint of a positive outcome for those customers that relied on Samsung to do the right thing.
The post marked as the ''Accepted Solution'' concluded with the following;
"Nothing changed same issue still exists. Samsung [needs] to find solution and give appropriate Software update to fix this issue." [added word 'needs' - mine]
Perhaps the Moderator misread the intent of the author. But even so, they did not respond to the issues, suggest more reading, provide a link to something helpful, or for that matter, say ANYTHING! All they did was lock the thread. Again, this thread was 6 months old and not a peep from Samsung.
I find this 'screw you' attitude completely unacceptable, but all too common for most most tech companies. I should have just bought a couple of burners. But...
I bought two Galaxy A71 5G phones from Amazon a few months back. They are on the T-Mobile network and I have experienced similar problems. Now, due to other Samsung members' horror stories, I greatly FEAR impending security updates, as some member voiced their suspicions that their phones got worse with each one. I FEAR the prospect of Android 11 update even though I really want it. Furthermore, I FEAR making any other purchases from Samsung. I FEAR that I have made a horrible and very expensive mistake that Samsung has no intention of making right.
I have a bulletin for you: Marking a thread fraught with horror stories, stories that offers no remedies to those horrors, as - 'An acceptable solution' (and thereby locking the thread) - is not an acceptable solution. It's simply censorship.
SamsungQue, if this is characteristic of Samsung community policy, then I am deeply disturbed and very disappointed. Perhaps you will reread the thread in question and point out to me what solutions you found to be so compelling as to close the thread. Failing that, please remind me why I should ever trust Samsung again.

The "powe... moreYou have to hold the down volume key and the power button at the same time. Also, a power shaped button is present in the notification bar. This is the way to turn off, restart the phone.

This recent update for A71 sucks! They changed the appearance of things. Even changed where you go to power off!! Wth?! Things are not loading like before. I'm not liking it a bit! :(
