Nokia fakes Lumia 920 PureView video, issues an apology for it

06 September, 2012
Turns out the highly stabilized footage in the video was from a professional video camera, not the Lumia 920.

Nokia never said it was a 920 ad it posted a teaser in preparation of the lunch of the new windows phone which demonstrated the technology and the have admitted that they weren't clear about the video.and do u really think that siri ads of apple doesn't use voiceover.

See.what have i been saying for a long time ?
Nokia ill smile in you face , say everythign is fien and "we'll take care of your interests" and the nstab you in the back.
Just like it happened with the N97..
"Look everyone , it's our new flagship phone"
      "Really?"
"Yes, it's got this and this and does this"..
Turns out its' a complete piece of s....t

      Now..again...history repeats itself
"Look everyone we got a pureview 8.7back illuminated branded sensor"(actually rip off of Sony's Exmor R patented technology)
      "Really" It's a pureview ? I thouth pureview is 40+ Megapixels"
"Oh yes, but this one is also pureview..just look at these photos taken with the lumia 920." (shows fake smile and crosses fingers behind back).

Only a fool will fall again for Nokia's trickery and obvious intentional attempt to scam people.

Poor Nokia...over ran by Apple and Samsung and now making it appear their products are much better. If they only did their R & D much better in OS and processing speed, their apologies will be ignored. Now, they got caught empty handed trying to deceive the public. What if they were not caught? Hard earned money is really hard to come by these hard times. Used to be a Nokia fan, I seriously think I was a fool to be one.

It states in the top right corner of the video that is is a "Simulation of OIS technology". So you think Nokia is the only company that does this? Watched any TV commercials lately? For anything? Even that sub sandwich you see on Subway commercials isn't real.
