i won't be shocked if the revenue of the iPhone 5 will be gigantic in numbers, that's because their phone is too expensive and that's it! haha! i will still lay my cards on LG and Sony especially the latter to be the real competitor of Sammy coz the dual core CPU of the new Xperias killed the Note 2's performance which is faster than the S3 too. LG though already announced the Optimus G which is far better than the new Xperias so the game gets exciting for Droid makers! Moto also announced devices yesterday along with Nokia! Nokia focuses on WP-OS so its on a different league but iOS is almost the same as Android so they can be compared! the Apple's OS though is so secured that you can not enjoy the full functionality of the phone. if Sony would make quad core phones with Krait CPUs or a better one than A15 chipsets in 3-6 months time from now, they'll surely take the crown in 2013 coz i think Sammy will introduce the new high end devices once the Note 2 and S3 turns a year old. we don't know with HTC though? hope they will too and i also hope LG's Optimus G will do good in the market too since they're the underdog but they make the screens for the iPhones. LG should just change their attitude towards updating softwares for their devices and they'll make it big! go Sony, Sammy, HTC, Moto and LG! sell in number of units and not get revenue coz they only sell overpriced devices not worthy of our money! at least, droid developers care for the budget of the people too. the last Crapple product that i will get will be the 4S which i've already sold. ^^

Congrats Sammy
I have been using the Galaxy Note for almost a year now and was envious of the Galaxy S3 due to quad core, extra ram etc, however, once you use a 5.3" screen you cannot go back.
Hence, I will definitely line up for the GALAXY NOTE 2.
Come on HTC, bring somethink more innovative ie maybe a 5.6"-6" full hd quad core phone that have micro sdcard and removable battery. Since the day of the HD2, HTC have gone backward.
As for apple, their childish legal stance have actually been a marketing boom for Samsung. Harsh as it may seem, I see apple as a patent troll if not for couple of childish toys

Excellent news Samsung, they deserve it. The Galaxy S3 is the best allround smartphone around, along with the Note2. Samsung are the only ones innovating and working hard to give us a great experience with brilliant functionality, kudos to them. :)
I see this bit of news has many diehard Nokia/WP fans, and Samsung haters hurting :) ,its not Samsungs fault that WP is a crap OS, and certainly not Samsung's fault that Nokia cant innovate anymore, its a shame, Nokia reached a new low, faking the Lumia920 video, how desperate can they be??? :'D
Anyway, great news for Samsung, Nokia should take notes from them. :)

We can flash any OS version in the future as long as the hardware is capable, thanks to Android opensource. Now tell me how are you gonna beg Apple to include the future version of OS on your aged device? I heard Apple is not too keen about listening to what people really want or say.

Everyone should stop talking "bullspit" about Samsung and be happy that they are there and making the products that they do. without them (and other competitors) Apple would've not tried to improve their own product, maybe not have the performance for their phones that they currently have because of the hardware that Sammy supplies to them etc. Apple needs to rethink their business strategy and focus on unique and improved product design instead of sticking with what they know, losing out in the market, and then sueing everyone over rotten "apples"...hahaha...

This is the very reason why crApple tried so much to ban GS3. The new slogan of crApple is "If you cannot beat them, sue them"
I cant imagine crApple's Iphone5 will only have 4" display, when did Samsung released the first GalaxyS? When Samsung made the 4" display, all Iphone fans criticized the size, they said its not reasonable, its too big to handle on one hand and that the standard size should be 3.5". Now, when crApple is going to release Iphone5 with 4" display, they all said that a smartphone should only have a 4" display... what a joke.. How i wish Samsung, HTC, Sony, LG and Motorlola patented the screen size from 3.6" to 6" so that crApple will forver stay on 3.5" screen...

developer give the best experience in their apps because the app itself is made for iPhone unlike with android that some apps are incompatible crashing lagging and n0n sense did u n0tice that the most popular apps came from iOS like flipboard cut the rope temple run and etc.
