Using words as "lagdroid", is plain childish. If you've experienced a laggy Android, it has nothing to do with the system itself, but the launcher - which is user replaceable. That said, when manufacturers do make their own versions, they should be equally smooth as the 3rd party launchers that work smoothly on just about any phone (LauncherPro, TSF, ADW etc.)
The Lumia 920 will compete with such phones as the new Motorola RAZR HD
Quick summary of the two:

RAZR HD is also more compact and built in Kevlar and aluminium, not just aluminium. The RAZR HD will also have SplashGuard(Nano coating).
I have nothing against WP. I hoped it would be more customizable then ti turned out to be. A WP8 device, then can be docked in something like Motorola's Lapdock and/or Asus' padfone dock, would be briliant if it could then start running windows RT when docked - IF Windws RT gets many apps like programs for Windows 8.

Why did the thread go this long anyways...
The point is plain and simple...
If the photo showed by nokia was generally accepted as the truth and you bought the phone because of those photo samples, wouldn't you be pissed if no matter how hard you tried you never manage to shoot a photo that is close or on par with those samples.
At least when apple fans say that their OS is snappier than android, I believe them cause it is generally true at least for the moment.
But if your company is showing off the technology of the camera of your latest phone, it would be best to present the actual result, not a fake one, cause it will definitely hurt you a lot specially if it was discovered.

ics, 07 Sep 2012I really think it was a marketing issue. Everybody is speak... moregood for nokia. everyone now talking about fake photo and footage but the actual camera of lumia 920 is capable of doing those fake things. Brilliant!

I really think it was a marketing issue. Everybody is speaking about Nokia (which would hve not happened without this case) and anyway the conclusion was that is has a good camera and other features like wiress charging, super screen etc so I think that mirror and the refexion was intended to be there. Just think about it.

And that its not Gsmarena's mistake, they just followed a blog and did some analysis for the pics out there. Just that and mentioned it out there. And now they have also removed the objectionable content and now its quite simple.
And Nokia never mentioned that the pic (1st one here at Gsmarena's post) was captured by Lumia. That was just meant for demonstration purposes only. Just like that PureView Video that generated a lot of confusion.
So please everyone, stop blaming either Nokia or Gsmarena!!! Its over...

Guys do you remember nokia n8 ! What biggest site said bad about nokia n8 ! but still nokia n8 kicked all blackberry devices and a lot android devices ! Even n8 camera kicked android high end devices like galaxy s3 one x xperia s ! Still n8 rocking
