Thousands of hardcore nokia fans want to upgrade to a smartphone, want to stay with nokia but cant stand touchscreens (i'm not one of them) but they'd pick up sale a lot

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm excited for this even thought the Note II is better, because I'm on Verizon, and Verizon doesn't carry the Note.
And besides, if HTC does what I'm expecting, it will out preform the SGS3 and possibly even the Note II, if they overclock an duel core S4 with 320 graphics. It's already biting at the heals of Exyons, and with a boost I bet it'll overtake it. Either way, you can't beat that build quality... unless your Motorola.

Not completely accurate.
The S3 exynos is built on 35nm fabrication so less power drain
S3 RAM has higher bandwidth. On more benchmarks you will notice they pull similar. Benchmarks or the s3 wins. Same applies for the dual core Krait version.
As for gpu this a bit harder to call.
MALI 400 > Geforce ULP for pixel shading post and fill rate.
Geforce ULP > Mali 400 for vertex performance.
Screen, so the LCD is better? What because of the rgb divorce arrangement.
Colour saturation, blacks and viewing angles better on super AMOLED

Although the one x has a better processor on paper, in reality the one s out performs it on benchmark tests and it has a dual core cpu. And the GS3 out performs that in the benchmarks tests. And the UI doesn't make a huge deal of a difference as one simple download of an app can change that. Lastly the only difference in screen is because the one x has a very slightly smaller screen but the difference in display is not even visible with the naked eye. SO think again and also remember the added features to the GS3 such as the S-Voice and motion calling
