What is the best of non-smartphons? They do not have operating system and internet connection. If this camera does have them, is not interesting.

I ordered one of these. I didn't want Android or iOS, just something that would allow me to get my email and talk and text. And FaceBook and WhatsApp can be uninstalled. I also like that it's a Hot Spot (when needed). Since it's a dual SIM, I'll use Tello (T-Mobile) as the main number and add a PAYGO AT&T (maybe H2O) as my "roaming" option.

Maybe they should increase the megapixels of camera for feature phones. 1.3 to 2 at least.

selling like golden hotcakes: at 70$ there is the nokia C1, android Go but still miles better than this. At half the price could have a logic, at this price is nonsense.

Cheaper too. I got mine for 25 euros, near mint condition. Using it mostly when i go out to drink as i am prone of losing things when drunk.

Anonymous, 13 Feb 2021Just do away with those crap cameras to even lower its pric... moreI can pay even $200 for a feature phone if it's worth it, like a proper and usable USB-C and at least 8 Gb of storage, and a minimum 5 mp camera, which isn't too much to ask for, doesn't cost a lot. Considering there are smartphones available with latest Android version at a little over 100 bucks, a feature phone with decent specs isn't going to cost a lot at all

I don't get it why is HMD so trying hard to tarnish Nokia's legacy and why is Nokia keeping them do so. All for profits I guess

Personally, I am super excited for this phone. I plan on ordering one by the end of the month. I have a Galaxy S9 right now and I just don't want a smart phone anymore. I feel that they just get in the way. This phone is a perfect balance between a smart phone and a dumb phone in my opinion.
For those of you that are curious, I ask tech support and the Nokia 8000 4G is not available in the US and they currently have no plans to release it here.
