Shady69, 12 Feb 2021go for razer stealth or asus g15 not lg gram. Not everyone needs a discrete graphics card. I don't game and don't use graphics- intensive software. I've loved my new LG gram thus far for work.

    Thanks for that pic.

      This looks like Thunderbolt 3.
The image is from the basic 16″ model.

YUKI93, 14 Feb 2021Lol, no one likes to lug a heavy laptop around.I remember my old Asus g75. 5kg beast xD and much better cooling system than what they make now. We get used to carry 5kg books with us in school, so what's the difference on a big laptop? Now I actually only own an old laptop, that can just run ms teams and Netflix. Might look for a computer again, if Diablo 4 is worth it.

AnonD-940827, 12 Feb 20212kg laptop. Boring. Lol, no one likes to lug a heavy laptop around.

No mention about Thunderbolt support though. For this kind of price, I expect to see that feature.

Simpson Powers Jonez, 13 Feb 2021What about battery life? I love my M1 Macbook Air. Is Apple Macbook Air / Pro M1 better than this?

There's no 16” 2 in 1 model in the US site

so not always i7 is better. specially on Tigerlake Gen

Anonymous, 12 Feb 2021Great screen, horrible BIOS, lots of flex on the keyboard. ... moreYes, these are some aspects that mostly overlooked by people. Display and keyboard. Most laptop keyboard, are not typist friendly. Even ThinkPad nowadays degenerate into those too. What is great of laptop but once you use it, the keyboard, the display, is no go? Might just ended up as a junk to be displayed only.

Gram focus on weight and battery capacity.

The increased size allows for better cooling. So basically helps to negate the flaws of intel chips. (Hot & battery hungry)

I think whoever designed the touchpad doesn't even touch type. Horrible experience with random touches registering because it extends so far out. Why would they even have basically the same 16" and 17" versions???

16" should've been without the number pad and with properly centered touchpad, just like the macbook. The extra space should've been used for proper speakers. Opportunity lost, not going to buy this now.

If you need 16:10 (i.e. not some kid who plays video games), just wait another six months. It's coming back. You've already gone 11 years with 16:9; another six months won't hurt anything.
