I own a surface go2 with most internals they offer - it runs older AAA titles, MOBAS, any media, has lte built in. And is yet 200-400$ cheaper than the duo. Why does this dual screen phone need to be so expensive? To make it compete with the LG G8 with dual screens? That one got better working (not looking) UI and better camera tech and yet was "only" 1000$ at release, MS charged 1400$ at release?! Even the Z-fold is only 1400 right now....I dont get it.

Definitely would love to see LG grabbing this chance. The DualScreen case can definitely grow better than before.

This is precisely why they should have hedged their bet with a proper Surface Solo too. The thing about these folded form factors; one part is on the OS/software which is of course mind you A VERY SIGNIFICANT thing to get right out of the gate (supposedly).
