I will don't enjoy all this litigation over design. Patents on specific designs: yes. patents on shapes: No.

Year in year out, Samsung fanboys simply have to rant and rant and rant before the iPhone launch, and every year the iPhone simply proves them all absolutely wrong. Wonder who they need to rant to, probably just whining to yet other Samsung fanboys, making as much noise as possible, cos they know that in just a few days, they will be absolutely silenced by the roar of news on the iPhone launch.

Did it ever cross your mind that this is only a 'game' they both are playing to get over publicity on their products ?
While u r throwing spicy comments to each other, they are sleeping on the same bed.
The order from Apple is still continuing and piling revenue to Samsung. It's just like taking out from left pocket and put it in right pocket. Result ? Free intense publicity and increasing sales of both brands.
A billion dollar is not much considering their business value.
