Apple has always made the best handset in its class...after all, no one else makes a better midrange handset and markets it so well. The secret is aesthetics and nothing else, comparison of the technology shows that the iPhone is consistently 1-2 years behind the flagship handsets of Samsung and HTC. However, Samsung and HTC chose to use the latest technology over the superior build quality of the less technologically advanced Apple iPhone.

As per the rumors on the internet, iphone 5 will have 4'' display with 16:9 ratio, iOS6, Quad Core GPU, A5X chipset, NFC, LTE, Dual-Core CPU.

samsung does have little influences of APPLE in their products and since they manufacture apples chips in largescale they mite have got their own ideas in developing a powerful processor chip and some UI cues from apple thatdosent mean they are completely relyng on apple, APPLE filed case coz50 percent people in US itself are turning to android and in that a huge percentage is due to samsung which obviously is cheaper yet powerful but not as refined as apple still gives android flexibility in cheap price, just like how HYUNDAi is beating GM,FORD,VW etc in sales volume

I sincerely hope, wish & pray to God that the cheaters and copiers both destroy each other suing, cutting trade & fighting, so consumers can get rid of over priced useless devices and cheap copies of those over priced devices and we can live in a peaceful world of innovations and originality of Nokia, Sony & Motorola.

I liked apple when they were bankrupt 10yrs ago. Things always go in cycles. Considering their suing everybody, nobody is gonna want to do business with them in the future. Really they still can't make it a phone on their own.
