I prefer my s21. Phone with 7000mah battery must be heavy and big. I don't like big and heavy phones.

Android need to fix their standby first before anything else. It pretty apparent bigger batter will increase much more SOT, but for standby it very marginal and simply not performing like it should.

And the more Google consolidate control and service in Android, the worse it becomes. At least power users with root could tweak it pre-Naught and have a much higher deep sleep efficiency, now service just relies on each other and if one try fiddle with Doze these days, it start to break other stuff. I'm mean, what is up with Google's decision that Bluetooth LE profile require GPS to enable to work after Marshmallow? As a smartwatch user, one has no idea how Bluetooth stack in Android is so messed up these days.

Some oukitel devices have much more battery and better specs compared to price thus the whole device is a lot better.

It looks promising but it's another giant phone. Make it at least as small as the regular iPhone 12.

RobinArc, 21 Feb 2021This doesn't make any sense. It's not about the 5... moreHuh? Ofc everything else is considered similar - brand value, cpu, gpu, etc. Only difference would be the presence of 5g. Why would it not sell for higher then?

An interesting proposition compared to others available in Europe

AnonD-909757, 21 Feb 2021It is not bad, it has some nice potential. The 3.5mm Jack ... moreits actually very great for the price imo, super competitive price range too this. i think even an average 2x telephoto would be awsome, since many phones in this price range dont have one (as far as my knowledge in this price range goes)

It is not bad, it has some nice potential.
The 3.5mm Jack being still there, the battery being big, the Macro and Depth sensors being 5Mp rather than 2Mp, which is the difference between a bad resolution and an acceptable resolution.

But things could have been better, that punch hole for example, they could have ditched it for this phone and use a simple bezel.
I don't see the use of a Depth Camera, the phone already having both a Wide and an Ultra-Wide, one could be used as Depth Camera when the other take pictures, and as much as I love Macro myself, many won't have a use for it, a Telephoto, even a simple one, would have been better.
The best of course would be to ditch both Macro and Depth camera and replace those with a Periscope Telephoto with continuous magnification (zoom), which, rather than having a 5x zoom, could have a simple 3x zoom and use the available room to make the focus lenses being powerful enough to change Depth of Field from lenses configuration (along with a simple mechanical aperture) and very close focus point capabilities, that way it would gain both Macro and real Portrait capabilities.
Keep in mind I am not talking about Huawei P50 Pro Plus level of periscope, it doesn't need to be extremely expensive top of the top quality, and by being just "not bad", with a 12Mp sensor, it would do a much better job than any 5Mp Macro or Depth Camera while also giving 3x optical magnification.
If not over-engineered, it wouldn't add much to the cost.

Other than that, OIS (since many extra cheap phones have it) at least on the Wide.
960 fps rather than the extra low 180 fps, the Exynos 9825 can handle it easily (it is much more powerful than a Snapdragon 845 which is still more than enough for the vast majority of users), it does it in the Note 10 and 10+.

Then some standards aren't updated, for example it still has the Bluetooth 5.0, there isn't any Wi-Fi 6, and there is no Dual Band sat-nav, anyone who use his/her phone as car navigation would really appreciate the difference.

So as usual, what could be a great phone is almost useless because of this obsession with following trends and lack of innovation.

It's a nice phone for that price. It has some minuses compared to other similar phones like the Poco X3, but it has also some pluses.
All in all it could be a great phone for Samsung fans. Again, if it will cost maximum 300eur.

I have m51 which have core UI and now some months later they are give full UI on almost similar phone for less price.
                                  Ridiculous.

It's absolutely a great good at the price. If only it came with some proper colour schemes, these gradient finishes look like a real mess to me, there must be some better colours

Mediatek sux, 21 Feb 2021I guess the 5g phone will have better resale value. This doesn't make any sense. It's not about the 5G or any spec but it's about the brand value. Look at iphone for example, The resell value is still high for a 3 year old used phone compared to 1year old samsung's once flagship phone.

I absolutely love this phone and even the (launch) price is awesome, though I just wish my hands were a bit bigger, since this seems a bit too big and heavy for my taste.
Other than that it's a banger imo!
