I loved my P30 Pro but another year fully banned will see Huawei on the rocks for sure, Chinese only IC development simply can't catch up in a single year.

It's not about "hating" an international multi-billion company, that's childish immature behavior.
It's not about getting fooled by them. But this is what Huawei tried to do to their potential costumers and new App Developers for that "new" platform.
Even in Wikipedia, Huawei claims that they developed HuaweiOS from scratch and has nothing to do with either Android or iOS. Which is a blatant lie. Thankfully it's later mentioned later in the text, about the deep relation to Android...

The ironic thing is that when HarmonyOS beta came out nobody said that it is a fork of android, but after some misleading American articles, everyone suddenly became "OMG FAKED THIS IS ANDROID EW CHINESE EW EW EW" and the worst part are the people who are hating because huawei is a Chinese company, pathetic.
