For you who worries about your battery. You DON’T HAVE TO USE THAT SPEED EVERY TIME. You can normal charge it like your daily phone and use that super speed when needed.

Interesting, but wouldn't the ultra-fast charging shorten the battery life?

If it's anything like the Red Magic 5G that just means it'll expand quicker. My red magic 5gs battery expanded and Nubia wouldn't reply to my support case

Anonymous, 22 Feb 2021Well said, these phones mostly get 1 android update at most... moreMan apple gives maybe lot of updates but for price you have to pay they should do a lot more.
By the way Iphone 6 cant run IOS 14.
So sometimes having lot of updates doesnt make sense if your device can work with them.
In case of apple they add high price which customers pay because of brand and logo which attracts but thats all.
Apart the logo and being top company apple have nothing to interest and attract people.
Since begging of this brand all they ever did is to copy and paste.
I wonder how they survived for 40 years on copy and paste trend.

Anonymous, 22 Feb 2021Well said, these phones mostly get 1 android update at most... more1) Apple makes the OS and CPU. Android OEMs do not own both.

                            2) Apple keep making old models for years and still makes money selling them, all other OEMs stop production before new generation is announced.

                            3) Apple earns billions with app store. Android app store only financially benefits Google.

Anonymous, 22 Feb 2021Nice. Get up in the morning. Charge the phone for 10-15 min... moreOr, there is this period of multiple hours when you are idle and don't use your phone that happen just before you woke up.

I'd prefer by far a phone that have a good and smart battery management where it would put the battery to "storage charge" (50%) then slowly charge until either 100% or the upper limit set by the user (to further care for the battery) during the night, over any fast charging.

Don't get me wrong, fast charging have its advantages, but it also has some severe cons, so it shouldn't be mandatory but rather an option to toggle.

120 watts is allot for charging, allot for a phone and allot of electricity, this increases the chances of fires (not saying it is very likely, but still) not only that, but it shortens battery life fast as hell too. and with that much electricity going to a phone, you could risk yourself getting exploded in the face, i mean honestly, 120 watts is a friggin lot (Sorry for redundancy) this can also heat up the phone badly, which will shorten it's life overall, so yeah.
