wow since Samsung G. S advance is upgradeble to 4.1 then that means Sony Xperia Sola,P,U,S must be the same too cos they use the same chipset right?? :D

The minute you buy from them, they get an excuse that your phone's hardware can't handle their great Touchwiz UI and better buy a new phone (preferably from them - again!) while other brands get the newest and greatest Android OS (HTC, Sony,...). --> Angry SGS1 user.
Well I applaud their new move for skipping "old" ICS and go straight to newest Jelly Beans, of course if all this is true.
(Even if it's not, Scamsung should re-think and really go straight to JB!)
