Acorns, 01 Mar 2021Have you actually used miui12? I've recently purchased... moreI have. And, I have also experienced stock android. And I can plainly tell you that miui is the shittiest crap I have ever used. I returned the same phone you bought,x3, and bought a Samsung f62 which is loads better(and pricier),but that's not the point. The point is that miui is crap and if you say otherwise, then you have not had the joy of operating on stock android.
Ps., against miui, every other ui beats it, all day, everyday, though OneUI is not as clean as stock.

I've recently purchased a Poco X3 NFC after using stock Android on previous devices and find it a joy to use with some excellent features built in that you don't get on stock without using 3rd party apps. This is the problem when trying to evaluate different skins as some people may not like something but another person does. If you've used it and don't like it then fair play that your opinion with experience but if you haven't then I suggest you try it before saying it's bad as I personally prefer it now over stock having used it and got used to it. And the device is also phenomenal hardware wise for it's incredibly cheap price too.

I can't see the headphone jack.
And I can't see myself buying a phone without one.
So I guess I'll stick to my old phone till the screen cracks (it has been developing small cracks over the years in several places, but they've been pretty small till now, hopefully it'll work for another year or so, so I can get a new phone with quality sound and a headphone jack, like Asus Zenphone 5 or something... if gaming phone has good cameras and not-so-ridiculous price as other flagships).

Chipset is almost similar to the SD765. But I believe this phone is going to shine in Oneplus's 2021 line-up, if they can really nail a great photography experience, and possibly a headphone jack, cuz this phone seems to be a budget oriented device, more than a 'little brother' of the Oneplus 9.

And if you're talking about OnePlus 3T era, they were missing things over more expensive OEMs so obviously they would be cheaper.

Oneplus could've been really competent with this phone but they're just being kinda greedy while offering no value for money.

I request GSM arena not to spread fake news. Max J. has already confirmed that this news that you are spreading is fake, the Oneplus 9E will launch with a Flagship processor not with SD 690. Please check before mentioning anything.

I was delighted when somewhere I read the OnePlus 9E would use SD870 and the regular 9 and Pro the SD888. Phones with SD 870 launched for pretty low prices in China, around 24k INR or 350 USD. That shows SD870 isn't that expensive. So I thought the OP 9E would kinda replace the Nord in India for around 28k INR(400USD).
But when I heard 9E is coming with SD690, I am laughing out of utter disappointment at myself, (like we sit still after hearing extremely bad news). A dream shattered🤣.

Btw now I'm fine. I convinced myself I dream a lot.

Ok. I expected it to be a cheaper version of the standard Oneplus 9. With Snapdragon 870 and I excepted it to cost around $500-550
