It would be interesting to know how many hours you tested each application? I've tried two or three and they always end up disconnecting at some point. Unreliable.

    Awesome article!
    About heat: fast charge=hot battery; phone case=heat transfer impaired; glass backed phone=low emissivity (less radiant emissions).
    So... Use a fully charged phone or a 500mA max charger + remove phone case + paint a glass back with a clear paint.
    If that isn't enough.... Glue a heat sink to the phone!

              I've been using driodcam for years and recommend to a lot of people, especially in the last year. I'll definitely check out some of the other options

                  Better quality. It is worth the money for those who do home office.

                        Any recommendation for Linux?

                          I just cast my phone to my TV and stand the phone on my centre speaker.

                          On a side note, it's utterly ridiculous that my Samsung TV doesn't support connecting a USB webcam and have the required apps for video calls!

                                  I find it funny when people shop for cheap, low quality webcams in a hurry - "kids, need to learn" etc., but they forget they already own more than two phones that will work even better than a basic webcam.

                                    I wanna give props to the guy who wrote this super long article keep it up
