“Hey Google” hotword isn’t working on Wear OS, but Google says it’s working on a fix

Probably the most discerning negative to my Brand New Android WearOS Fossil is battery life. After using it for 10 minutes, expect battery life to drop 20%. I can’t even understand if the battery life is accurate because it’s so poor. The irony is the battery size is ample enough to hold a 2 day charge. Again, just poor software implementation which seems to be constant on Google WearOS.....

You can’t even get the scores to Yankees games or any sporting games. Pictures will not show up from searches. Cant send texts using Assistant. The Google Assistant on WearOS is painfully and excruciatingly awful. In this regard, I much prefer wearing my Apple Watch opposed to my Fossil Carlyle...

It’s really embarrassing. How can the Google Assistant be so fantastic on Pixel but worthless on my Fossil Gen 5 WearOS.

I mainly got my WEAR OS watch to send text messages by voice but that has never worked for me ever since WEAR 2.0 came out. It can't locate the contact in my Google contacts regardless of the settings I tweak. Dumb....

I have had problems with this for years now. Including reminders not showing on the watch at all. I'm a total google fanboy but they really dropped the bomb with the wear OS. You can feel the neglect of it by google.

Though "Hey Google" isn't working, the alternative "F^^^ you Google" works giving the desired effect.
