The consensus seems to be that it is performing worse than midrangers with imx586 (e.g Oneplus Nord) and 686 sensors (Realme x7 pro). I sent it back after a day anyway but mainly based on the very bad video quality. It will probably perform much better on the k40 pro+

And higher mp sensor without proper image processor and proper lens won't bring you a detailed picture. It lacks in details. Like when you take a pic of urself, and idhu can see ur hair stands then that's a gud one. If u can't ,then thats a bad one

realme is such a bad trendy brand tbh, especially here in philippines where they fool people with qUaD cAmErA bs

Also h/w is only part of the final image, if they can't fix their processing, it'd still be bad (but better than earlier)

Instead of putting a useless high MP sensor they could instead have made the other cameras batter, or maybe put a SnapDragon processor, include OIS, or maybe made the build better but no! They would waste it on a Huge sensor which is of no use in a phone.
