Im now annoyed with Huawei phones, I'm thinking of getting rid of my P30 Pro because since I updated from 10.0 to 10.1 the camera is performing very poor. If the emui 11 is not fixing the issue I will never trust huawei again and will not purchase any of the huawei products

Actually that's somewhat incorrect information their .It's actually 3 OS Major updates btw .Iv just done from Sony Xperia devices and they had 3 Major updates also Samsung is the same .All Major manufacturers have Google 3 year major update policy they should be adhering to.
Also that information is based on the Original Huawei P30 Pro .
I own the Huawei P30 Pro which was released one year later late 2020 and was shipped with Android Os 10.1 out the box or aka EMUI 10.1 .So New Edition 2020 shipped with Android 10.1 will get EMUI 11 and it's has been reported or leaked already by various sources one being Huawei Central that the P30 Pro (New Edition 2020) is or should be on the list for newer EMUI 11.1 aka Harmony 0s along with P40 series as it was released 1 year later .The Original P30 Pro was released early 2019 so it has not been completely confirmed yet.

imparanoic, 26 Feb 2021customisable Smart Always On Display (AOD) is gonna be quit... moreits not a lengthy processes though, anyways not much improvements for EMUI 11, if you turn off animations in dev options phones always snappy & super fast, hope they did something to improve camera image quality sharpness and stuff, just aesthetic changes only

P30 gets EMUI 11, but still based on Android 10. So nothing much really changed other than some cosmetic AoD and themes. It's basically just EMUI 10.5.

customisable Smart Always On Display (AOD) is gonna be quite a cool feature, at the moment there is easy but lengthy hack method to do this, but if they allow customisability without the hack that's a plus for me.
at the moment i have my own design AOD via hack which took me around 45 minutes to do, with official customisable AOD, should only take me 10 mins to do a new one

I was afraid to apply EMUI 10 after all the bad rumors, was hoping EMUI 11 would be better, best not to update , best to stick with EMUI 9 until my Mate 20 Pro need a faster processor
