Let's set the record straight here... Fandroids are annoying. Why? Because they criticize Apple for the iPhone 5 looking similar to the iPhone 4s... Implying there is nothing new about it other than the screen size. WELL... Take a look at LG phones, or Samsung phones, or HTC phones... For the most part each companies phones all look relatively alike... Sharing many design cues across their whole line up. Not saying that HTCs phones look like LGs... But within each company. Basically they all share a unique set of distinctive design elements (except Samsung who has all boring phones with no design sence other than to copy apple), so why should Apple have to make their new iPhone look so incredibly different that it's unrecognizable?

honest question -- is APPLE phone or Ipad supposed to be some sort of status symbol? APPLE has diehard loyal customers worldwide ..our plea to APPLE is to focus on high tech COSTEFFECTIVE innovations as leader ..forget patents wars ..

just a word of thought, it's successor would be the iphone5s which as history shows will retain this longstick body. They really think this desgin is the winner for next 2 years whem nokia and Sony are coming up every day with something better and better?

A wonderful design phone. For the first time, the Iphone is looking truly professional. I would never buy it, android for me, but the design is truly masterful. The back of the phone is likely to feel quite good, rather like the back of a SE W910i if anyone remembers it!
