Gorilla Glass 5 front and back?? Stop making me laugh. Even A51 has CG3 and glasstic frame and back. Samsung is very behind in terms of battery life and charging, it is not even close. And also, Samsung loses in main camera, not the others. Samsung phones doesn't support Gcam. They lack meaningful features like Stereo speakers, Multifunction NFC. What do you expect with glass metal sandwiches when their S21 uses plastics? And also Samsung software is probably best in the mid segment, but only in terms of updates, not in terms of looks. You are dreaming too much bro

    Cameras were bit underwhelming in midrangers thats what i was saying...redmi still good but realme has lot of work to do in camera image processing

But the A series is al... moreYes samsung still lacks stereo speakers ,good haptics, and fast charging (hugely behind) and yeah agree the 2mp macro i saw with redmi was definitely better from samsungs 5mp macro...regarding processor atleast this year its good samsung giving better processors than last few years atleast...exynos 9611 was the achilles heel on samsung A51,etc...the ultrawide on redmi lacks a bit of detail but better in colour compared to samsung.. in that segment, they should increase to 12 or 16mp ultrawide from 8mp

But the A series is always behind the competition in terms of Processsors. A51 has exynos 9611, comparable to SD 712. While others are rocking 730G and 720G. Then, A52 comes with 720G/730G when others are moving to SD 732G and 750G/765G. It is dissapointing. Considering Samsung markets A series perofrmance. And also, charging speeds are not competitive at just 15W. Batter life is also worse because of exynos. One UI, i like the looks better than stock and chinese skins, but it is heavy, maybe i will wait for the one ui 3 update to see the smoothness. As for cameras, Samsungs most of them aren't compatible with Gcam, and Pixel HDR versus Samsung midrange HDR, i sure you know who will win. And samsung images always have those oil paintings look. While i will give credit for putting an 12 MP ultrawide and 5 MP macros which is better than those trash 8 MP Ultrawide and 2 MP macros used by chinese brands. And also, one area of dominance for chinese phones is their features. They have IR Blaster, Triple Slot, Stereo speakers. Samsung A series lacks any unique features until the A51 has NFC and the A52 with their 90hz and Ip67. Chinese phones also has high refresh rates which A52 is about to bring.

                          As value for money ,obviously redmi or realme phones >samsung,cant expect samsung to price like their chinese counterparts

Cameras i will say samsung wins ... moreLet me correct you a bit..one ui is running smooth ,even smoother in android 11 ,found none complaining in youtube and this is my practical experience also ..there are no reports of lag or stutter on general scale ...go on youtube and see there are tons of miui 12.5 bugs and freeze issues..realme ui gotta say has improved a lot and has got closer to stock android experience,regarding picture output its on the samsung phones vivid display that boosts the colour ,not the camera,turn into natural mode ,you get exact output or a slight boost but thats user dependant...realme still dint acheive the dynamic range on harsh lighting yet,their cameras are average..some xiaomi phones like poco x2,3 and 9 pro and max has got good cameras in their price point

                              Cameras i will say samsung wins because their macro, portrait mode, ultrawide lens, video processing are better. But... Trash? No. Chinese phones have more natural colours, better detail, less noise, brighter image, they also have more features to play around with, better HDR and also, they can use Gcam. Samsung phones aren't compatible with Gcam, remember it. Xiaomi phones have tons of Gcam mods. And also, Samsungs midrange phones spit out oil painting images even in daylight. Worse in lowlight, their night mode crops your photo. And also, the Pro Mode is limited to main cam.

                              And also, One UI is an heavy skin. Unlike Realme UI and the revamped MIUI 12.5 which is lightweight. One UI is slow, stuttering on midrange samsung phones. And also, MIUI has more features, animations, transitions, haptic control, flexibility than One UI
