If u don't have problem with 60hz Display then Realme Narzo 20 still the king in Budget category with better camera better processor better charging better display protection with better Ui custom rom with no wastage app

8 small cores is a bit a streach for 2021 especially for 90 Hz screen but I guess it will be doable.
