People can have preferences. They don't need to use both and enjoy both. Also, they are free to criticize any products they don't like. It's okay that you don't have a preference, but it's not nice to try to force your ideal on other people. You should learn that other people may not share you opinion.

In about a year, I'll be looking to upgrade from my already timely Huawei P20. I'd like something at least as compact as my Huawei.
Although I've been an Android user for 7 years now, I'm open to either major mobile OS, and iPhone 12 mini's size is so tempting.
If they upgrade it with a larger battery and a better ultrawide camera, that'd be perfect! I really wish they keep the small form factor iPhone.

Nikisan, 02 Mar 2021It's called ignorance, I've learned to let it go ... moreSame. I gave up arguing iOS vs Android years ago. It’s a waste of time. I started with iPhone three years before Android but stuck with Android for nearly 10 years now.
I just use both. My daily driver trio is Essential Phone, iPhone 7, and Nexus 5. The latter for VPN and torrents. I rarely need to use my ATM since I have Google or Apple Pay at all times.
I think more people should be platform agnostic. They generally do the same things. Mobile OSes are generally app launchers. Nobody really cares what other people use or prefer. Use both. Enjoy both.

Jesus the amount of salt on this webpage by all the Apple haters is just astounding. Never in my life I've seen anyone be so invested into something they despise and would never ever buy. And it's not like they give any valuable input on how to make anything better or what they want to see. It's just everything Apple is garbage, Android is million years ahead and iSheeple this and that. My god.

They said that of the iPhone 12 and it would have smaller notch and under screen touch ID. Apple is becoming the new Blackberry and Nokia. Reluctant to change and progress and relying on their fan base to keep selling phones

You appear naive. The upcoming iFold shall become the next cash cow for Apple over this decade, costing (I believe) ≅ $2000. Thus the iFold and the iFad shall compete on totally different price fronts, and therefore for different segment of the iSheaple community.
The iFold will become the World's first pocketable device to run the full-blown Adobe Photoshop, and shall do so effortlessly and elegantly. Panos Panay and Microsoft totally fouled up with their failure to develop a Surface Foldable running WoA (Windows on ARM) or WCOS (Windows Core OS).

Honestly apple has just stopped innovating at this point and is only going forward on brand reputation which was thier ultimate objective anyway. Thier stubborn approach to every product and service they make and provide has led to this stagnant profile of the company.
