It might get more hot as gold is a good conductor of electricity and heat, but its actual melting point is more than 1000 degrees Celsius (more than 1800 degrees Fahrenheit), so nothing an overheating phone is capable of.

Well what a curiosity.
Woould like to buy 10 of them but only one will be made and anyway i dislike Apple as brand. Android suits me lot more as always.
Same goes for Harmony os from Huawei.

Good Golly! Apple needs to raise prices. If something like this exists, the iphone 12 should be priced at $1500 retail, the iphone 12 mini at $1400.

I think the problem here is with apple. They don't price their gadgets high enough. In fact they do such a lousy job at pricing that another company has to do it for them. Shame!
