Web and voice is really useful and I would never go back to CDMA. I have a Motorola Atrix HD. When I am downloading and receive a call, Lte switches to HSPA+ and resumes downloading

OMG this is sooooooo NOT a deal breaker! Since CDMA is mostly a USA thing anyhow, and not all phones are capable of it anyway... Why is the iPhone 5 singled out as a target? It's actually really quite funny to see the whole tech community scramble to knit pick Apple's every move and to ignore all that is good about the iPhone 5. It's a great phone! Not only that but in 2 years when we are 2 iPhones past this one I'm more than positive that Apple will still be supporting this phone with its upgrades. By then iOS 8 will be out and I can certainly see Apple going back as far as the iPhone 4 with the ability to upgrade! Most Android phones are done upgrading the moment you buy them! Giving customers the ability to upgrade when the device is that old is truly an example of great customer service. The Android community is great but it's moving at a pace that easily abandons hardware that isn't really that old!!!

I use an I-phone, I-Pad, Apple -TV, Mac Computer, and even my notebook is Apple. The product stays great,they have the best App store and their products last longer because of quality.Why everyone tries to break down this new phone beats me. Apple fans will always use Apple.Can the S3 work together with my other products?..NO.Buy a new I-phone, switch it on and i-cloud do the rest. Yes and I also love "Granny Smith" fresh apples for a snack!!

And why have they gone after non tech companies in the past? You need to look waaaaaay beyond Samcopy vs Apple and take into acccount other factors and potential reasons.

I can make/receive calls while downloading a lardge 100MB file with my Nokia N8/808. I am refering to a 3G/UMTS mode. Therefore I dont see why can a newer network LTE cant do so. This is totally an Apple limitation on the iFail5...

I respect apple for what they have done for the smartphone industry..I might even admit they made it. However Apple failing yet again in the phone part of a smartphone. First Iphone 4 embarrassing fiasco and now this setback (it is small, but this is fairly standard stuff).
Must say im very happy (owning a galaxy s3 that is) that apple announced their iphone 5 with nothing new, interesting or important. However i am disapointed as a human being to see one of the BIGGEST company's in the world, announce one of the BIGGEST products in the world (next iphone) WITH NOTHING! A boring piece of recycled crap that is the Iphone 5, much like previous versions however this time they have actually gone all the way and announced it with nothing...... :(
ALL THAT TIME THEY SPENT SUING SAMSUNG & THEY HAVENT COME UP WITH A PHONE TO COMPETE WITH THEM! It will sell to the sheep(admittedly, thats a large portion of the human race :/ )but for all those who will spend 2 minutes researching the choice will be obvious, anything but iphone 5, thats predominately s3 or lumia 920

Hey,
If you're downloading using LTE, and someone calls you wouldn't it just kick into 3G and download from the next tier down? Or does 3G use the same antenna as 4G LTE? Just wondering? I'm not sure if you can download using LTE and make a call at the same time. I will test with my GF S3 tonight... :)
