The price is literally for just the hardware. They give these phones 2 simple bug-fix updates and then forget them for the next phone. Ask 3 owners if Android 10 ever made it to their phones...

If updates support is your priority or at least among more important things you'll have to go with either Samsung (higher end models only) or Google. All these other brands, especially Chinese are terrible at updating their phones.

good thing it isnt overpriced unlike apple which has their latest "flagship" with outdated ass 60hz display, no periscope lens and no charger in the box, even fast charging. gotta appreciate ZTE for pricing it very reasonably.
