If Huawei keep to produce a quality product, theres no reason for me to jumpship to another brand. Still stick with Huawei currently.

All the other brands are fighting hard to get Huawei's market share in China this year. Huawei simply has extremely limited supply and you can only buy their flagships from resellers at marked up prices. They can't survive in the smartphone business for much longer without a change in policy. Ultimately it's bad for consumers as less competition will eventually result in higher prices from the other brands

There is no private enterprise in China. Oppo is just as much controlled by the Chinese communist regime as Huawei.

Struggling for some time with installing GMS on a phone because it doesn't come with it out of the box. Look who's talking now with your trolling. The new Biden administration won't change a thing in this case, in fact they even want to tighten it up even further. Good luck with your Mate 30 pro (it's a rather good looking phone though), for as long as it supports Google services with some patch work. One tip for next time: buy a Nokia.

In my country Xiaomi, Samsung and iPhone are everywhere. I've never seen anyone using other brand phones. Nokia is very rare too.

They were highly suspected of being involved in a huge hack operation that killed a Canadian Network company.
Their founder, has links and even a history and direct relation with the People's Liberation Army.
Compare that to the almost clean record of Xiaomi, Oppo & Vivo (which at most, they only collect data for ads and stuff). A scummy company that got its fitting end. Hopefully they will die.

Good. Oppo at least is part of the BBK conglomerate, and it actually has a long record history of growing. They started selling DVDs and MP3 players first.
Huawei, on the other hand, well, they got what they deserved. No one will miss them.
