Weekly poll results: the Redmi Note 10 Pro (Max) is the clear fan favorite from the family

14 March 2021
Globally, some might buy the Redmi Note 10 5G. India's Redmi Note 10 Pro (non-Max) could find some success too. The rest are in for a tough time.

It makes a lot of sense, looking at the specs.

It will be interesting to see if they can satisfy the demand in the first sales.

I'd say, from 2023 itl'll be pointless buying flagships.

Curious about the 108 mp camera, I wonder if the more expensive but just the next in hierarchy redmi k40 (sd 870 ver) is inferior since it is only 48 mp. From the comparisons of the redmi k40 to the 108mp camera of the mi 11, it looks like dog shit and unacceptable. If this is better then Ill take the hit in processing power since this also has a bigger battery and headphone jack.

YUKI93, 14 Mar 2021Okay, so let me get this right: - India Redmi Note 10 Pr... moreProbably to discourage those who would want to import it from another country to use or resell due to cheaper price, because that way, some might be uncertain whether the one with different name from the one sold in their local market would support their network provider's (carrier) bands – Xiaomi actually usually block some bands in some markets.

There could be other reasons. I bet they have internal economic reasons for towing that path.

Just as expected. RN10P is a really nice offering from Xiaomi. 👍🏻

I would never sacrifice any legacy feature like a headphone jack, FM Radio or an SD card slot for a faster processor or 5G....
            Nope....never
If it's midrange phones that give me those features then so be it

waiting for Poco X4 series and Poco F3 series

Okay, so let me get this right:

                - India Redmi Note 10 Pro Max = Global Redmi Note 10 Pro.
                - India Redmi Note 10 Pro = cheaper-priced Global Redmi Note 10 Pro with 64MP main camera sensor.
                - Redmi Note 10, Redmi Note 10S, and Redmi Note 10 5G are their own separate individual model for both Global and India.

Why Xiaomi see the need to create a separate name for a different market? What is the problem of giving the same name to everyone?

                  But I am not happy..
Price is very well for overseas like Europe but
                  Clearly it's overpriced for Indian user's .
                  Price must be maximum 150$.

That's because is the only one worth it. I mean price wise is just a little more expensive than the others. But it brings some nice improvements.
Even though it has the same chipset (SD 732G) like the Poco X3 NFC, on paper it has some advantages over the Poco. And is not much more expensive either.
Depending on the Realme response, this could be the budget phone king for 2021.
