The Reno 5 Pro have only 2 useful cameras, those 2 MP sensors are tiny and probably don't add weight compared to the quad camera setup of a Mi 10 Ultra, OPPO Find X2 Pro and Galaxy S21 Ultra with periscope telephoto.
It also has a 6.55" display that is smaller than most phones I've listed.

Since the OnePlus 8 has a 6.55" display, and just 2 useful cameras, there you go, they're similar weight, just a 7g difference.

Xiaomi, Realme have absolutely no control over weight of their smartphones. Oppo and Vivo have lighter phones in their portfolio. Oppo Reno 5 Pro is only 175 gms and absolutely delight to use. It has 4350 mah battery and quad camera setup.

Funny how everyone is excited & waiting for these phones but, when they're released the prices will surely be higher with the vanilla OnePlus 9 at $900 & OnePlus 9 pro at $1100 or more.

Anyway, some rumor says the OnePlus 9 Pro should stay below 200g.

Most of OnePlus' 2020 phones were all less than 190g except for the 8 Pro which was 199g(huge camera sensors), in comparison, the Xiaomi Mi 10(huge main camera sensor and battery) and Mi 10 Pro(huge main and many camera sensors) were 208g, the Poco F2 Pro was 219g(huge battery, pop up selfie camera mechanism), Mi 10 Ultra(many huge camera sensors) was 222g.
So I assume you prefer having just 2 cameras with small sensors, small battery, punch hole selfie camera.

The Xiaomi Mi 11 is lighter than the Mi 10(possibly due to the smaller battery), the Oppo Find X3 Pro is lighter as well but doesn't have the 5x optical zoom periscope anymore.

The only thing I can say is, if the photo camera isn't as good as Pixel 4a, and video camera isn't as good as iPhone 12 Pro or Xperia 5 II, they gonna look like clowns.

Onepus should come out with a lightweight phone i.e. sub 180 gms. Sleek with glastic back. Not all users prefer heavy phones. All its phones are heavy bricks like Xiaomi phones.

If OP + Hasselblad did not go well, then OP will regret their decision. Hasselblad is known for its color optimization and accuracy. People have their own preference and taste. Hope everything goes well. This could be another strategy of OP to increase the price margin of OP9 pro and its siblings.

Sorry for posting wrong information earlier. To correct myself there is actually a phone that can record 4k 120fps which is the Sony Xperia 5 II, and it has the Snapdragon 865. I'm impressed! Sony never cease to amaze.

I'm pretty sure by 120fps they were referring to MEMC which is featured in the Oneplus 8 Pro. I don't even think Snapdragon 888 supports 4k 120fps recording , but who knows, I might be wrong.

Not adding this, it would be no use of the Pro model, because the non Pro version will not use that, so the price will be lower.

You can tell because there's no antenna ribbons visible on the vanilla version. The only plus factor of using plastic is that there should be fewer drops with it being a bit easier to grip than glass. When my OP8 dies looks like I will have to get the pro version as I quite like the curved screen on my vanilla OP8.
