Realme paying more money for celebrity endorsements rather than spending money to give better specs to their customers. Let me guess: Another price hike to cover for the 'marketing costs'.

having more megapixels doesn't mean it's literally gonna make it the best budget smartphone camera.
the people who are buying this should probably know that this sensor samsung hm2 is much worse than the samsung hmx.
they could've used the hmx because it's a much larger sensor (1/1.33" compared to the hm2 1/1.52") and because it outputs 27mp photos rather than the cheap 12mp photos because for bETtER lOwlIgHt (don't even get me started on this one)
i'm also now wondering
why use quad bayer selfie cameras instead of rgb bayer 12 or 10mp selfie cameras? as those quad bayers output 4mp then upscale back to 16mp (16mp quad bayers btw)?
simple answer: more megapixels doesn't mean it's any better.
like look, imagine if someone brags about their realme 8 pro having more megapixels than the iphone 12 pro max
they have to make sure that their processing is very different, and the 12 pro max wins in every aspect, with the realme only having 2 useful cameras, meanwhile the other 2 are useless, it's still not gonna win on the camera count, and the megapixel count aswell.

And witho... moreThey wanted to do something like Samsung or Apple. They forgot their name is Realme, lol.
I mean ok, their phones are good, but their brand name is not on everybody minds, let's say. There are countries in Europe were some people never even heard of Realme (including Czechia, Romania, Netherlands).
You start doing blind sales, when you established yourself worldwide as a company, not after releasing 2-3 good models.
I mean, X2 Pro was a really nice model, Realme 6 was really good for budget segment. Realme 7 Pro again a nice model. But the rest of their models, I don't think they made such a huge impact on people.
