I would definitely go for them than for the a52 5g or 1+ Nord or any goddamn Chinese phone, especially after the flagships have recieved such a crazy price cut and if you wanna save even more money you can buy a used flagship and change the battery and glass for 100 dollars max

And this is not even considering the iphones which will recieve support from Apple for 3-4 maybe even 5 more years

Awards goes the best overpriced phone of 2021, nothing special.

These are first non-flagship Samsung models with OIS. Only two other moderately-priced phones are available with OIS: Google Pixel 4a and iPhone SE 2020. So grab an A52 if you need great image quality.

The amount of misinformation being spread is just terrible. You really need to stop.

Xiaomi and Realme are prime examples which make heavy bricks in the name of phones. 6.2 inch display option should also be there.

The one ui update made the phone unusable. And this is available for the s9 as well, but unlike s8, the s9 has android 10, which wasn't that of a nightmare.
So, unfortunately, it's better to buy a few months old midrange, than one year old flagship...
Times have changed a lot man...

Anonymous, 17 Mar 2021Why? Because has: better charging speed, better 4g social, ... moreBecause people man..
People will always point out what some phone that they like has extra than other models. Even if it's something as insignificant as IP67 rating. Especially now with so many phones offering IP53 rating, which is more than enough for rainy days. OIS could be a nice feature, but even that is nice for someone who is a camera geek. I am not for example.
But then again, Samsung phones do come down in price rather quick, so in 3 months time probably this models will cost almost the same as Xiaomi ones.

Strawhat, 18 Mar 2021Everyone have their preference, personally I slightly like ... morei respect people liking MIUI, i actually forgot to add the "imo" at the end 😅😅

OIS and IP67 are back for Samsung A series and are the main USP's compared with other phones in this segment. If they price them right in India, they are sure winners.

Sunshine, 18 Mar 2021Let me add it, 5000 vs 4500 battery 33w vs 25w (but only ... moreThe difference of the battery aren't that big and even with fast charging, if you only charge the phone overnight, you will not notice the difference of the speed charge.

Personally, for the OS I think it is personal preference. I've been using Redmi Note 5 for 2 years and it is good for me but some people said that One UI are much optimize and clean as well.

But, as I said before, Redmi does win in the price point so yeah, if you have tight budget RN10 pro is a good phone for you. If money were never a problem for you, the A52 are much valuable.

Even one ui have ads in flagship like s21 ultra, same like a51. Dont forget about $50-100 price gap. Is it $50-100 price gap justified by longer support of software? I dont think so, because I change my phone every 2 years

Some of you ask who would buy this phone lol obviously people who would rather trust Samsung than any Chinese brands. It's quite obvious Samsung doesn't want their A series to be on the same level as their flagship phones despite all the upgrades. Most people don't even know what's the difference between all these chipsets. They look for big screen size, RAM size and storage and good camera. Good camera is subjective. Some people think bigger MPs is better. Some know that bigger MPs don't always mean it's better. But most people look for cameras that produce photos that look pretty to them.

TL;DR: If you're looking for flagship quality in Samsung A series, DON'T. You'll always be disappointed because you have to resort to buying Chinese brand phones and can't show off that you own a Samsung
