I think the main disadvantage of the phone is dimensions. Too big to handle. Max size of a phone should be 4". 3.7" is better also..

Counting that MS made standard the layout with colored tiles and 3 buttons under the screen with same icons(windows logo being in center), the same number of two cameras(front and back) like on both Sony and Nokia and they used colored polycarbonate like Nokia and 720P screen like Sony ... It's a hell of a rip-off!

So the 5'' 1080p phone from HTC wasn't real or isn't launching any soon. I guess I'll go for the Note 2 then.

Most probably W8 phone is better than blackberry.
The best phone on earth is still iPhone5.
