the price on mobile phone is getting ridiculous,outside of my comfort range of impulsive buy....some people will sit and wait for a used unit.

public price announcements in Europe always incl VAT (20% in the UK, 19% in Germany). Announcements in the US are always(?) w/o sales tax/VAT. Expect 550-600 EUR for Galaxy Note II, so 600 EUR w/ VAT correspond to 650 USD w/o VAT

But they will no longer be called T-mobile but EE(Everything everwhere)Strange name. Others will have to wait until next year I think.
