I mean spending $150 (intro price-Rs.48k) upto $275 (regular price-Rs.56k) over the S20FE 4G just for a chip side-grade is highway robbery imo. Just buy the 4G version for Rs.36k instead and live with it tbh or buy any other phone.

First they come last to the party and then want to charge more than many SD-888s.
No wonder I rarely see anyone with a Samsung high end phone since the past few years.
They could price the phone at ₹35k or thereabouts and sell a ton of phones but, they'll keep this non-sensical pricing only to drop it a few months later due to poor sales.
At that time, the specs are outdated and no one remembers this device and no one wants it.

$765 dollars?? Are you insane Samsung?? Here in India, Snapdragon 865 phones start from 350 USD without even factoring in bank discounts or exchange offers. How can Samsung demand such hefty premiums for a device that uses a chipset that more tha a year old now?? I had high hopes that Samsung would price this one aggressively to compete with Vivo and Realme.
Looks like I will now have to settle with either Realme X50 pro or Vivo X60.
What do you guys think which would be better?

You can even find s20 ultra in good condition around this price.
