This is something I'd expect from a chinese or korean company, NEVER an american company...guess times are changing.
Never, EVER, had this problem with a samsung phone or a sony phone. And I've owned at least 5 samsung phones...all of them had to change because they became outdated/I wanted something better.
I owned 3 sony phones...in the time when they had the walkman series, the only thing i whined about was the battery life but nothing was physically wrong with it.

This is what some idiot had to say (During a review for a reputable on-line comprehensive resource for mobile phones) when he reviewed the iPhone 5 over this weekend. The absolute crap some people say. I suppose you would say anything if you were paid enough apples. How’s this for biased point of view?

Look wh... moreSeriously, Apple was a great idea when Steve Jobs was around but now that he's passed away I have found the Iphone has gone downhill. People are still under the impression that its great. But sadly I think this CEO has no knowledge of any new concepts whatsoever. More so people are under the impression that buying an old phone which has been tweeked to look good is still the in thing. I think your evidence is still flawed that samsung will join nokia about gone downhill. Samsung has thought of different concepts and is still continuing to create them. TVs which doesn't need a remote, phones which with a swipe of a hand will turn a page of an ebook without touching the screen. I certainly don't see any of that happening with Apple? I think the CEO of Apple is desperate and intends to make alot of enemies including Google and I don't think Apple can continue against the rest of the world's companies if it goes down the road of alienating other companies. Yes for the first 3 days Apple makes $5million but their phones are faulty and customers will slowly find out that Apple are conning them. So recall back all the handsets? Major let down and people will ask for their money back. It won't be £5 million anymore. Also Apple deliberately agreed with Foxconn that they should send out 10% of faulty handsets. So the public finds it out and then Apple will say the public has to bear with it? hmmm..think about it. The evidence is there.
