Which is better. Mi Band 6 or Honor Band 6?
I'm looking for an upgrade to my Mi Band 4 but still within its price range. I wanted a band that could calculate my sleep and check my sleep behavior accurately. Also, I am looking for a band with a professional yet minimal design. SpO2, stress meter, BPM are given but optional.

Nonsense tech. None of it works. I have had all these gadgets and dumped them because they dont work and on the contrary give unnecessary anxiety when the BP O2 reading show absurd readings. Gone back to a mechanical watch. Too much tech messes up life.

This is getting even spookier. I never use those continuous sleep and heartrate tracking. I know how long and how well I slept. I prefer better battery life.

Weird that these things dont much have blood pressure tracking. There are some smartwatches that have it and it's surprising that most dont have it.
