Wait, is that an actual back of the phone or is the cover removed? That fan will pull in large amounts of dust straight into the phone. Beside that, it will have to be noisy to be efficient.

RealLifePhones, 06 Apr 2021Let's be honest they would have added a cheap macro or... moreThat's the issue, "cheap macro" doesn't need to be awful, the 12Mp + 20Mp sensor combo from the Meizu 16 cost 10$ new, and that's after multiple third party get their margin on the sell and the multiple shipping costs.
What make "cheap Macro" so bad is their 2Mp sensor.
And if people were to stop only doing stuff because others also did them, but rather use their brain and imagination for a second, it would be really easy to understand that we could make for a reasonable price a really good Continuous Zoom Periscope Telephoto/Zoom lens that can do Wide + Telephoto + Macro + Portrait, allowing to put a good sensor for 4 things, and some tricks could even be used to make use of the same sensor to take Ultra-Wide, mainly considering the phone has a pop up camera, and wouldn't take much more space, and anyway space used by components is always overrated.
THIS would be game changing, and the phone would have a huge popularity as it has no hole/notch, a flat display, it just need a 3.5mm Jack and few good tweakings and details and the phone would sell like crazy as it would hit many niches and popular demand at once.
A Gaming phone doesn't have to be limited to game only, taking advantage of the fact it is already specialized in a certain thing can open more doors to make it better at other things.

And what are you even talking about? Good 12Mp camera sensor are super cheap nowaday, same for Telephoto lenses, it wouldn't add more than 10$ to the production cost.
I am not asking for overly camera setup, just that darn Telephoto, if the two other camera are good enough, it wouldn't need anything else than this third sensor to already be much more photography centered while still being entirely a gaming phone.

I'd always take a phone with a good Wide + Ultra-Wide + Telephoto over a phone with a great Wide + Ultra-Wide only.

What... moreYeah only a handful of demanding triple A games are on the app store. There are just 3 or 4 games like this in my phone. Nowadays some gaming laptops are getting more portable and lighter while offering reasonable performance. For example, the Razer Blade Stealth 13. Seriously light, weighs only a bit heavier than a Macbook Pro or XPS 13, though very expensive.
I think games such as Genshin Impact is pretty overrated especially on mobile, just check the fandoms. Cannot use that game to benchmark a phone.
