we suffering to much.the mobile dialer is verry important for me but this is not working well on ice cream sandwich 4.0.4.but all apps run smoothly on 4.1.2.i cordialy request to samsung authority to give us update atleast 4.1.2.thnkx

Samsung really don't care about us. It's now over one year we still wait for s duos update to 4.1.1 and until now nothing. I think if Samsung don't update S duos i will quit using Samsung not only their smartphones, but all their electronic devices forever...

Lots of competition here in india company like micromex . Carbon. Lava .....
.Etc giving much more then samsung . Dont try to full like nokia. Give service... give latest jelly bean 2 all android galaxy before people switch to another. Mind it.....dond fool around@@@@!!!!!@

though s duos 678 mb ram samsung is not ready to give jelly bean but new phone sumsung star or something it comes with jelly bean though it has only 512mb ram if god grace shines towards s duos we will get jelly bean before january

I am suffering from the speed of ice cream sandwich on my Galaxy S Duos. Jelly Bean has a great processing speed as compare to the ice cream sandwich. so I request Samsung to send firmware update for S Duos to upgrade it to the latest Jelly Bean version.
