Should of bought it online you only pay taxes nothing more. Also t mobile will help you set it up right in 10 minutes

I just bought the phone and I'm already a t-mobile customer with a active account but the store charges 60.oo to activate something that's on already .......and by the way it's free phone and it's for a reason......it's slow and responds is horrible coming from a Samsung so plus to this is like playing with my grandsons talk and text not impressed at all u have to tap hard to respond slow etc.....free SMH I expect this kinda stuff from cricket or boost mobile cheap free phone SMH

I've owned Sammy's for at least a decade, rooted, rebuilt, programmed, and played with. I've had few problems. Of course I usually stick to the S series or some mid priced, but stay away from the cheap lines of any manufacturer (except Moto, their cheap line is great)

According to their previous promos with this phone, the credit is likely going to be "$11.75/month ($0 down, FRP: $282)" for two years, plus tax on the $282 up front and other hidden fees totaling at least an additional $20. This promo also doesn't apply to prepaid plans.

I signed up for home internet, and couldn't get more than 0.1mbps download speed. Upload speeds (tested) up to 60mbps. I'm half a mile from the tower, in line of sight, but even with full bars, there was just no download speed. Their computers told them there was no problem with the network, so they threw me away. Refused to troubleshoot further, and promptly canceled the service and demanded the device be returned within 7 days or I wouldn't get my refund. Attempts to provide feedback are treated the same way. Even on the discussion forum, my thread was locked by a moderator.
