The Galaxy A32 isn't released yet, so T-mobile representatives probably don't even know about the upcoming deal yet. Not all of them keep up with this stuff like tech enthusiasts.

ANY phone and it starts April 18th. It lasts the whole year for new and existing customers.

Very gimmicky promotion, especially with the 2 year contract requirement. To put into perspective, you can get the same phone from tmobile for ~$11/mo installment payment for 24 months, combined with their prepaid plan of ~$15/mo, you are paying a $26/mo even without trading-in any old phones.
Compared to this promotion, the cheapest contract you can get is $30/mo (And that's for 3 lines, its $60/mo for 1 line if you are only getting one yourself.) Unless you're whole family is already on Tmobile contract, this promotion will cost you more than if you just buy the phone outright.

I am a victim of a T-Mobile scam of phone upgrade/exchange.
I sent an old phone and I have USPS tracking records to show it was delivered, but after multiple calls, T-Mobile says there is no evidence that the phone was received at its warehouse.

instead of the a32 4G with that nice AMOLED display
we get that crap a32 5G with that hideous and ugly display

no a51 4G (for a lower prIce)
even oneplus like we get the crappy nord phones while the rest of the world get the original nord
with LG gone, the American market will only be samsung and apple AND I DONT LIKE THOSE BRANDS due to bad experiences
still got motorola (makes good phones but not enough to impress me), oneplus,google,sony

If u want to Samsung phones wait for a month or two.

Samsung just shits on the whole phone with a shit processor, I don't need a good screen, good battery, good speakers and good cameras if the performance is shit. I don't want budget samsung phones to run games smoothly but the processors aren't promising for the price, that's all.
