Pity there's no forum, we could ask a question. What do you think is the perfect phone for each market.

ZTE has potential, but we fail to see. We need a full face thin phone the size of a iPhone 4, maybe thinner with mid chipset. The full face gives a workable screen size. So, something around 0.5 thin. Seperate chip fir high bit rate 8k mode.

A triple outside fold version to give around 7 inch screen tablet mode. $200-300 (cheaper outside fold screen).

USB or wireless docking fur desktop mode.

Game version.

Privacy business version. Included office like office suite (people who did text maker did office suite like that for decades, and then they're open source ones).

Spyware resource simulator. Providing fake data to apps running spy/addwsre fur apps which won't run when blocked to enhance privacy.

Two USB 3.2/4.0 ports.

Streamlined file system to record directly to external SSD.

Weather proof, included ruggedized book case with transparent front.

Prosumer video.

A bigger version of these with latest flagship chipset and sensor, like 200mp, with liquid lens. Demountable. Using 4-9 phase auto focus.

There are many features you could add to make a nice phone. Rugged phones have many extra features. Things just as desirable as the iPhone was when it was released. Some the the phones out there like King Kong mini and x30 by cubot, and the little one I have that's like a mini moto edge, are great phones, except they lack in features or spec. I can't remember, but there was a Chinese device like snap chat that released a really nice looking phone. Easily more desirable than an Apple, if only it had the goods. Sharp is one of the few companies that would really pack punch for size, apart from gaming phones.

Anybody got ideas?

Can the site do articles on best, best value and innovative phones around the world?

Jagganatha, 08 Apr 202164MP or quad bayer+ 16MP? pointless to advertize such a fig... moreIt should be illegal to make this comment outrage, 64MPX is the native resolution, the default "binning" mode is the one that takes 16MPX photos is used like this because:

    -Sharper images are obtained
-The sensor has a higher sensitivity when shooting in low light conditions
    -A better dynamic range
-The noise that each pixel produces is reduced

But if you are obsessed with MPX you can buy the 600MPX sensor that Samsung plans to launch Xd

I hope it'll have a US release. This looks like another great product from them following the Axon 7 and 9 Pro.

london2tim, 08 Apr 2021how many bloody mobile makers are in China these days?So many LG has to close down, and Nokia has to do something. Look at cubot for an interesting one. If the King Kong Mini rugged had a better camera etc, I could have bought one. The King Kong Mini was nearly iPhone se 1 size in xy measurements. I don't know how good the rest of it was, as immediately I saw the camera samples I was out.

Cham, 08 Apr 2021200mp means sum of all 4 cameras. 64+64+64+8I see that, but he hasn't fractured in the selfie camera. :)

I'm just not happy with all this over the years. If he says 3X64mp, even including the selfie in the mp, then with a 200mp sensor from Samsung coming up, people wouldn't think it was that. He would know that sensor was coming and recently in the news.

Anonymous, 08 Apr 2021So rumours about 200MP camera was kinda correct. 64+64+64+... moreYeah, I pointed out that the three 64mp was close to 200mp last month. But I'm still going say, hey where the "200mp" model, is that the "30 Platinum" or something? Just because I want this company to keep its promises, like 8kp30 on the original 8k red magic, and the "pro video" on it, and future models, and 200mp sensor, which new one can do 16k (16kp15 again in this chipset maybe). Instead, getting none of that is like money back guarantees on AliExpress. Lots of talk, can be very hard to get (and you still get ....). Honesty, reliability, value performance = Sales.

I have owned ZTE before, and liked it, but if you can't deliver what you confer..

I don't care so much for the high pixel count (and 16MP is more than enough for any current or medium-term future TV screen. But is it me, or is the color processing a bit fake-looking in the sample photos. I guess computational photography and processing are much more important than just cramming sensors.

64MP or quad bayer+ 16MP? pointless to advertize such a figure if?when the actual useable resolution is only 16MP! It ought to be illegal to specify such interpolated resolutions at all when we only get a quarter of the figure quoted: this puts it in the same league as my LG G4 already, and that is now recording Radio 3 in HD stereo! Can your phone do that?
