Their last "capable" mid-range phone was 6.1 Plus (that too, with a tons of charging port issue) from 2018. In past 3 years they failed to release any mid-range and flagship, too. Only those with extremely tight budgets can purchase their phones.
Not to mention the rate of depreciation of phone's value of HMD all because of their crap pricing policy.

The network strength of Nokia 3.4 which I am currently using is amazing. You can walk as far as 40 meters from your wifi router then on nokia you can still access the WiFi however, on samsung A10 you can't. I think if nokia starts marketing in Africa with a competitive price with huawei, Tecno and Samsung it will receive a really good sales.
I have always been using Nokia phones and I cannot compare them with any other phones.

They do compete with the others and I've had no issues with these phones. You don't know what you're talking about. To everybody else out there Nokia phones are great phones try them out you won't be disappointed. All these negative reviews about Nokia are a bunch of bs!

The phone is not entirely woeful as explaned here. No mobile device meets a full spec that satisfies it's customers 💯 percent. We just adjust and then we adapt. I've been using the Nokia 5.4 and it's been amazing so far. I must confess that is not entirely what I expected, switching from a Sony phone, but it gets the job done. Still a phone I want to keep considering it's price range.

It is sad though these HMD devices show that today HMD is the same as many other china budet/midrangers. Nothing wrong with that but can you pls stop your admiration here for these new HMD devices. Nothing special. Oh and android one is a scam. I used that on my Nokia 6.1. It is just a cheap way for hmd to be free from good software support. No they left that to the Devil Google.
Cmon Carol HMD is now a scam.

If you need a no bloat-ware phone no nonsense device, we have very few choices, this is where Nokia phones come..truly honest phones. Atlast we have someone not trying to fleece

I have a Nokia 7 Plus for over 2 years. So sad that after 2 years, Nokia stil isn't providing a better phone. The only difference is slightly better CPU and 5G. I don't care about 5G at all. No substantial upgrade: no stereo speakers, no wireless charging, no high refresh rate display. Instead they spent their whole budget on 5G apparently. Bravo!

AnonD-785804, 18 Apr 2021Bro. Compare benchmarks. 480 is better than 720G or 670 etc..Benchmark aren't everything. There are a lot of features that SD 480 sacrificed or lost compared to SD 690 or even the SD 750G. 4K video recording is one example.

Universally awful and grossly overpriced. For €299 right now in Europe the POCO F3 outguns any of the new Nokia phones by a very wide margin and on almost every sensible measure. Team Nokia has seriously lost the plot. Perhaps it's time to commit the Nokia phone brand to the trash heap of history's failures.
